Before you jump right into mobile marketing, make sure you know what you want to promote and how you plan to convince people to click on your ad or even sign up with you. You only have a small space to advertise and a little amount of time to get their attention. There is no option for tiny urls.
Third, when you start targeting a certain group or country, you have to make sure that the product you are selling is able to be delivered to him or her. This is why you have to plan everything out. Depending on what you are promoting, it might only be valid for a certain country. I know before, it was targeting the right user, now it is targeting the right country.
