Popular Halloween Costumes In 2010
Halloween is coming up. Have you gotten your costume yet? If you haven’t, you’re not alone. In fact, most people wait until there are a few days left before the actual holiday, fighting through the long lines to find a costume at the last minute.
Stores end up selling out of their inventory, and they’re essentially left with the costumes that no one wanted anyway. It’s important to try to prevent this from happening, but sometimes we simply can’t help it. There are so many distractions between work and our social lives that we put the task of getting a Halloween costume on the back burner.
Here are a few solid Halloween costume ideas if you still don’t know what to be this year. Hopefully one of these will inspire you.
1. Michael Jackson. Not only can you be the King of Pop, but since so many are honoring the life of this mega star this year, you can choose to be Jackson from a certain era.
Choose a stage in Jackson’s life that you’d like to emulate, and craft a costume around this. Having said that, there are so many different ways that you can dress up as the King of Pop.
Those less into the music scene and more into politics might choose to wear a Barack Obama costume. You’ll also see the ladies dressing up as Michelle, an equally great idea and an attractive Halloween costume at that.
If you don’t like either of the ones mentioned above and prefer to go with something a little less conventional, why not dress up as Susan Boyle? You can even have some fun along the way, singing the verses that made her famous.
Happy Halloween everyone. I hope yours is safe and fun. Most importantly, I hope I’ve inspired you to make a decision on a costume. I know that the process of deciding what to wear can be a difficult one.
